Lauren Lianne Walton on Instagram: "The first wedding I attended after my mom passed away was truly a disaster. The Mother of the Bride walked down the aisle and it hit me that my mom would never be able to do that at my wedding. ⁣ ⁣ So I came up with an idea to help fill that void. I asked some of the women who were not only special to my mom but special to me as well to walk down the aisle to help honor my mom. But it also became a way for me to honor them for the ways they have been there for me in my mom’s absence.
