Last night was… not fun. Accidentally overdosed on my insulin (I took my mealtime lispro instead of my overnight glargine). 911 was called and EMS came out and checked me, thankfully did not need to be rushed to the hospital. But I did have to stay up all night to ensure my blood sugar didn’t drop into the danger zone. Thank God I had a “cheat night” for dinner, so my numbers were higher than usual, and they stagnated instead of dropped. Still hella scary and stressful (my anxiety still keeps spiking over it), and I feel like a zombie from the lack of sleep, but all is back to normal today and I’m okay! 🙏🙏🙏
