Welcome back to part three of our morning yoga flow series. This is great for beginners and all levels of yoga. • Forward Fold to mountain pose with sidebends • Halfway lift to forward fold step left foot back low crescent lunge • Three Leggeg dog option to go to downward facing dog or flow through your CHATARUNGA to upward facing dog • Travel to the top of your mat • repeat on the other side! Morning Yoga flow - DIY! Beginner friendly
morning yoga flow: break down! • Start with a three-way thread the needle • then start to add and cat cow breathing at least a full round of breath in each position. Do this 3 to 5 times • Rolling cat cow: Start to link the cat cow using the breath doing spinal roast before it and backwards.
