The original repertoire is very core & spine focused which is great but I think most of us can say they want abit more lower body work too, are you with me?? 🙋🏽‍♀️  Barre is unlike any other leg workout and can be different depending on the instructor, but is definitely going to build strong legs!   I like to keep mine slow and not too dance-like because I want to keep things simple and easy to follow, so here’s an example of some of the moves & pace we use in class.  ✨ It’s so good for improving strength, posture, flexibility, balance and coordination.
