1 tub of thick custard (or make vanilla pudding)
600ml thickened cream 
1/4 cup icing sugar 
1/4 cup melted Biscoff spread 

600ml thickened cream
1/3 cup icing sugar 

2 packets of chocolate sponge rolls sliced into rounds 
1 packet of Biscoff cookies broken into pieces. 
Melted Biscoff spread for in between layers and garnish 

For the Biscoff custard you need to whip 600ml thickened cream with 1/4 cup icing sugar and Biscoff spread when that whips up nice and thick fold in your custard. 
Now you can use this to layer.
There is no right or wrong way to layer this. You can even make it in a flat dish. 
Best refrigerated for minimum 3 hours before serving so that it sets and the flavours marry each other.
