Cheating is not a way to get your partner to "wake up and smell the coffee", and it also isn't a way to see if the grass is greener on the other side. There are no positives behind unfaithfulness - it was never meant to be considered a "solution" to our problems. It's simply an act of selfishness and weakness, as well as a depiction of our lack of moral and character. When we cheat, it means we no longer care about the relationship we're in, the person we're with or ourselves.

Having a successful relationship is all about learning how to communicate effectively. In order to do that, you need to stop believing the double standards when it comes to communication in relationships, including how we treat men versus women.

Equality is humanity's Holy Grail, the cornerstone of most value systems, but we have yet to reap all of its rewards.
