Getting good at finding ways to add protein to things you already cook is key to hitting 100g of protein a day!  @kettleandfire Bone Broth is a staple at my house!  The 32oz container has 40 grams of protein making it such a great product to use when you are trying to up your protein intake. I use it in soups and stews and always make my rice and quinoa with it.   This is one of my favorite and easy ways to up the protein content of rice and quinoa.
