These simple melt-in-your-mouth cookies are the perfect addition to tea time! Vanilla scented and buttery these cookies are baked for Egyptian religous feasts. They are made of a dough consisting of flour, eggs, butter, and Ammonia as a leavening agent rather than baking powder or baking soda.
