📌 grab 10-15 lb dumbbells and get to work

Tips:
📌 to add resistance, place a plastic workout band or ankle weights on your legs for that first exercise 
📌 make sure to engage your core by blowing out all the air from your lungs and tensing your abs like someone punched your in the gut PRIOR TO that last abs exercise 
📌 raise your 🍑 completely off the floor during the contraction phase of the last (abs) exercise. Proceed SLOWLY through the entire movement to optimize time under tension
