Introducing "Gialato", an authentic gelato shop for Italian gelato lovers. When Gia moved abroad from Italy to study she missed her grandfather's authentic gelato. Determined to share this flavours with her new community she opened a shop to honour his legacy. She wanted the brand to be vibrant and colourful to bring joy to her customers while still having an artisal and authentic feelings. Loving how the brand turned out. This traditional dessert is often referred to as Italian-style ice cream, however, there are distinct differences between the two. As with ice cream, the base for gelato is made with milk, cream, eggs, and sugar, to which fruit purees, nuts, fruit, or other various flavorings are later added.
