Without the CMC, the glaze would dry too quickly and clump into an uneven surface. Not good! This technique is also great if you only have a small amount of glaze, not enough to dip the piece. Also perfect for testing new glazes. I make my solution to a 20% concentration Recipe: 200g water, 40g CMC gum powder Leave your questions in the comments #pottery #howtopottery #clay #potteryreels" Glaze Techniques Ceramics, Pottery Glazing Techniques, Clay Videos, Ceramic Glaze Recipes, Glazing Techniques, Ceramic Glaze, Glaze Recipe, Pottery Glazes, Unique Ceramics
