Ingredients: 
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
*1 2/3 c - 2 cups cassava flour 
3 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil + more for cooking 

Directions: 
Boil sweet potatoes and let them chill by adding them to a bowl of ice. Peel, then add the sweet potatoes to a bowl and mash them up.
