Oats veggie pancakes-

Ingredients-

2-3 spoons oat flour. 
How to make oat flour- Take rolled/instant oats and dry roast them on a pan for a few minutes. Let it cool down & grind it in a mixer. 
Veggies of your choice. I have used 👇
Carrot
Beetroot
Capsicum 
Cabbage
Onion
Green chilli
Roasted cumin powder
Amchur powder/chaat masala
Salt to taste 

Method-

1. Add all the grated/chopped veggies in a bowl. To that add, chopped green chilli, salt as per your taste, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder/chaat masala, oat flour, water as required and make a thick batter. 
2. On a hot tava, add some ghee, spread the cheela batter evenly and let it cook well on both sides.
