Serves 4  Ingredients: 4 tortillas (I used Ole Xtreme tortillas) 1 lb ground beef 1 packet taco seasoning 1 can black beans Colby jack cheese  Brown your ground beef and season with taco seasoning as directed. Cut your tortillas in half. Layer your bowls: 1/2 tortilla, ground beef (2oz), black beans (32g), cheese (15g) and repeat! Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted! Enjoy! Keep in mind that when you’re eating out, macros aren’t always going to be 100% accurate and sodium it generally going to be a little on the higher end so don’t freak out if you wake up a little heavier the next day
