This is done through a close up of her face, showing the focus in her eyes, and her sweat. The monochromatic color scheme juxtaposes her gaze with the orange color, tying determination in with the swoosh and Just Do It, with no need for any other language, or even a sneaker. I think the intended target is women, with no inferences to diversity.
