For Palak Paneer Uttapam
1 cup semolina (rava / sooji)
1 cup spinach (palak) puree
1/2 cup curd (dahi)
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
1/2 tsp fruit salt
salt to taste
5 tbsp oil for greasing and cooking

To Be Mixed Into A Mixture
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup thickly grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

If you think spinach is boring trust me you’ve been having it wrong! Make it this way & watch it become ur favourite recipe 😍 

Recipe: 
- in a blender add 2 tomatoes, 1 onion & 6-7 garlic cloves & blend it into a smooth paste 
- then in a pan, heat oil add 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp rai/mustard seeds, 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp urad dal, 2 dried red chillies, few curry leaves & let it splutter & cook 
- then add 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of haldi & 1 tsp salt & cook until aromatic
- then add the paste, cook well until the oil separates from the sides 
- then add 2-3 cups of chopped spinach (it shrinks up so you need to add a sufficient amount) 
- some salt to taste mix well until it cooks & enjoy wi Palak Chutney, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Seeds, Chopped Spinach, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli, Curry Leaves
