Add a little spice to your leg and core workout with this weighted routine. I used a 10lb dumbbell but you could always go lighter or heavier depending on how spicy you want to make this workout.

Workout Circuit:

1a. Horse Stance: 3 Sets | 8 Reps (each side/both legs equal 1 rep)

1b. Sidebox Abs w/ Weight: 3 Sets | 12 Reps (each side)

2a. Skater w/ Front Raise: 3 Sets | 8 Reps (each side)

2b. Leaning Pallof: 3 Sets | 12 Reps (each side)
