Here are three simple exercises you can do every morning:

1.    Eye Rolling: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and slowly roll your eyes in a circular motion. Do this for about a minute, changing directions halfway through.

2.    Focus Shifting: Hold your thumb a few inches away from your face and focus on it. Slowly move your thumb away while keeping your focus on it. Then, shift your focus to something farther away. Repeat this for about a minute.
