TeeBee Foodie on Instagram: "Recipe:  Ingredients: - Flour tortillas - 3 large eggs - 1 cup cottage cheese - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella) - 1/4 cup diced onion - 1/4 cup diced bell pepper (any color you prefer) - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder - Salt and pepper to taste  Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).   2. Place tortilla in shallow baking dish with sides  3. Add eggs and cottage cheese. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.  4. INGREDIENTS:
Around 500g boiled potatoes 300g (cream) 
Spinach 100g 
Grated cheese 
3 Eggs 
Pepper, salt and nutmeg 

For the spinach, I sautéed onions and garlic, then added the spinach and cooked it. The liquid should be collected/strained. 
Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat in the lower third for about 25-30 minutes.
