Recipe to save Hey foodies, How about this delicious ciabatta for grilling? It's easy to prepare and then just needs to be put in the oven 🥰. Ingredients: 1 small ciabatta or half of a large one 1 mozzarella ball 1 large tomato 40g basil pesto Preparation: ◾️Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. ◾️Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. ◾️Halve the tomato and cut the halves into slices. ◾️Cut the ciabatta 1cm apart (do not cut through). ◾️Use a knife to spread pesto into the cuts and fill alternately with mozzarella and tomato slices. ◾️Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes and enjoy warm.
