I’ve been playing a lot of Stardew Valley again and drew my two favorite characters, Linus and a Junimo, chilling tohether because they deserve good things and I feel that they should be best buddies.

I missed International Transgender Day of Visibility, but I still wanted to write something for my trans friends to show my support. So, I am happy (but a little nervous) to post my first fic featuring trans (ftm) Sebastian as a bonus fic-a-versary fic. (Two fics in one day - in this economy?? Yes, absolutely). And a special thank you to some friends who beta-read this for me. You know who you are and I love each one of you.

I started writing fanfic because a friend of mine and I were joking around on Discord about how Sebastian and Penny might end up together. That was all the spark I needed to unleash creativity I had pushed away since high school.

Six months later I have amassed 61 fics, 337,037 posted words (some in collaboration, and not including any WIPs), 39,555 hits, 2,566 kudos and 46 user subscriptions. This is honestly completely mind-blowing!

Whether you've just found my fics, have followed along since day 1, or somewhere in between, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and kindness.

I can never leave Tumblr because after years of sporadic therapy utterly failed to even approach the core of my problem some random tumblr user was like “I processed my trauma by writing a 10,000 word work of filthy fanfic erotica” and I was like “fuck it I’ve tried everything else” and now I’m 17 chapters and 20,000 words deep into an unpublishable work of obscenity and after careful literary analysis with one of the Beloved Mutuals I have come to some Terrible Revelations about my childhood and may now continue the process of Healing. Where else am I supposed to get this kind of experience. Who does this. Why are we like this. I’m never leaving. I love y’all.

My favourite thing about the D&D movie is it never stops trying to be a D&D movie even down to the most minute, unsung details. There's initiative order gags (I'll go last!) there's rolling a 1 gags (setting off the trap on the bridge by inexplicably just walking up to it) there's stat gags (nobody had high enough Intelligence to be in danger from the Intellect Devourers). Almost every spell is identifiable, from Xenk using smite to Sofina whipping out Finger of Death. Simon's character arc is about his self-confidence being tied to his mastery of magic because Charisma is the spellcasting stat for sorcerers. The era of movies based on games being afraid of their source material is over.

voice acting as a profession is so funny because you'll see someone being like "voice actors need to be paid better! like [obscure person you've never heard of]" and you're like "oh I wonder who that person is, maybe I've heard them voice a character" and you look it up and it turns out they voice 137 characters in Futurama and 94 characters in The Simpsons and 96 characters in Adventure Time and every one of the My Little Ponies and 27 characters in Arcane and 96 characters in Kim Possible and 4 characters in Phineas and Ferb and 296 characters in Dexter's Laboratory and all of the main cast of Fairly Odd Parents and at least 6 characters in every Pixar movie and almost every animated depiction of Superman and 473 SpongeBob characters and they've been in every installment of Mass Effect and Halo and The Elder Scrolls and Fallout and Call of Duty and they were in Star Trek and Law & Order and they were 12 characters in the MCU and they also invented t-shirts and the colour green and they got paid a sum total of $3.27 and a mothball for all of it combined. then you go burn down David Zaslav's house with him inside
