The aim of this study is to explore how contents in cartoon affects school age children. The reason for embarking on this research is to know whether and to what extent cartoon on television makes school age children (both male and female) violent, aggressive and whether lacks moral judgement. Factors that sculpture children’s way of thinking are found mostly in the environment where they grow up. These include daily events, memorable experiences and peak feelings. Cartoons are one of the daily habits for our children; studies have proven that an average child with a facility of a TV and a satellite connection at his home watches approximately 18,000 hours of television from kindergarten to high school graduation. How does this experience affect our children minds? Does it have positive or negative effects? What types of contents are delivered to our kids in a cartoonish show? Are all shows trustable, or shall parents pay monitoring attention to the TV shows? How does our children brain absorb and analysis information in the first place? Is it really so that cartoons are harmful for children? More so how far are cartoons influential in child psychology?
These questions and others will be answered through this survey-experimental research. The study design is survey research and nonparametric statistics is used for data analysis.

The present study was undertaken to find out the association between moral judgement and level of Aggression among Cartoon watchers and Non Cartoon watcher school students. A total of 120 children from grade 4th and 7th were selected as sample for the present study. The study was carried out in Ahmedabad, Gujrat. Data were collected with the help of the standardized tool “Moral Judgement Test” and Overt Aggression Test and an Individual Interview with parents and Teachers. Data were collected in the calendar year 2016. The collected data were scored and analysed.

With abrupt closure of facilities and different avenues, no physical contact with friends and educators, loss of physical play, no outdoor activity, aberrant sleeping and eating habits for days has made them vulnerable to many emotional and psychological distress. Unfortunately, to date no one has hardly focused on the needs of children (psychological & emotional). The current circumstance and scenario are not only unjust but could also be fatal. Though medical literature shows that children are little or minimally susceptible to corona virus, but they are hit the hardest by the psychosocial impact of this pandemic situation. In this situation where Education has shifted its base from Classroom to digital platform so as numerous coaching classes. The present study aims to find the relationship between quarantine situation and digital classroom on aggression level of teen girls and boys. The sample for the research study were 240 students selected randomly from different schools of Ahmedabad. The study revealed a) There exists strong association between digital classroom and aggression level in teens b) Many teens were found to be high on aggression level The study suggests need for further research to find the ways to encourage physical activity in the current situation preventing increase in mental health problems in future.

Whether you like it or not Teenagers & Adolescents are seen embracing body modification and are commonly obtaining it. It has become a mainstream trend among the teenagers. Thus, the objective and aim of the present research is to find and learn whether the teenagers who are embracing and adorning their physical body with different types of modifications like piercing, tattoo and untraditional hair colour are more prone  to low self-concept and emotional intelligence than those who do not. A total of 120 teenagers in the age group of 14 to 17 were selected as sample from Urban Ahmedabad.  The tool used for data collection were ‘Children’s Self-Concept’ and ‘Emotional Intelligence’. It was concluded that body modified teenagers was having low emotional intelligence and low self- concept/regard as compared to non-body modified teens.

Often, emotions are the main motivation for the use of media in the first place, as they form the basis of aesthetic experience, enjoyment, and entertainment.
