Cook beef in a pan with a little olive oil and cook until desire doneness. Cut into bite size pieces.   While that is cooking, prep your toppings: cut up cucumber, green onions, and make your sauce. Store them all in separate containers.   heat up your instant rice. (I used 4 packets)  For meal prep: store rice + cooked meat.
