Here’s the recipe so you can enjoy them too 😋 BOURBON BRICK BROWNIES Makes 18 200g bourbon biscuits 100g salted butter 2 tbsp golden syrup 200g caster sugar 200g dark chocolate 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 100g plain flour Pre-heat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4. Place 9 of the biscuits on a tray in the oven to warm slightly, to make separating the two biscuit halves easier. Line and grease the tin with non stick parchment paper. Remove the tray of biscuits from the oven and separate 9 of the biscuits, before placing them ‘bourbon’ side down in 3 rows of 6. Put the butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan.
