I've seen many one piece chip and dip bowls online that look like you slice the clay after the bowl is formed to then make the dip part. It's been referred to as a swirl chip and dip. Does anyone know how to make this... or has seen a tutorial online?? Thanks!! Margie

The simple small terracotta pot is a great alternative for a chuck. I use it as well after attaching mug handles to make sure the rim is still round. 2,937 likes, 16 comments - twisted_clay on July 23, 2022: "Trimming this pot is a little different than the previous form as it does not have a flange pushed in the side. Instead I cut at an angle when removing the top in order to trim a gallery onto the piece. This does make for far less centering and of course trimming. Since you trim the gallery right where the lid is going to fit, it tends to fit just right without trying too hard.".
