This is my tattoo on my shoulder, I've been through lots of physical challenges in my life- I was born with Brittle Bone Disease (Osteogenesis Imperfecta) and went through more than 30 surgeries and fractures in my youth. I was one of the lucky ones with less severity of the disease. This tattoo represents everything I made it through, and still am challenged with, it means "inner strength" in Italian, inspired by a study abroad trip there 2 years ago. I designed it myself.
