It's been a long time since I posted any personal art. Between three way overambitious environment projects in the past 2 years, and all the craziness at work, it's gotten hard to find time! Here's a real world prop study done in a couple evenings after work. Uses a single 4k texture sheet.

Project done entirely on stream over at https://www.twitch.tv/alexcoman ! Fan art of the World of Warcraft DoomHammer. I added a bit of my spin to it in the form of cracks at the top part to symbolize the creation of the hammer and the magic that holds it together. Sculpted in Zbrush, painted in 3d Coat + PS, materials and renders in Marmoset 3.
