Ikebana arrangements are intentionally designed and they require a lot of attention to details. So here are my top 5 tips on how to design ikebanas. 1. Start with the largest blooms Large blooms takes up the most space so you want to start with them to establish what space you have left and where you need to balance out the heaviness of the larger blooms. 2. Embrace curves and unique lines Curves are beautiful, but can be difficult.
