So full of flavour & if you follow my easy recipe + steps you will nail it 😋 eat with pita or rice! Full recipe 👇 Kafta Bi Tahini 1kg Kafta shaped into meatballs @akarmeats 2-3 large potatoes, cubed 1 cup tahini 2 cups hot water Juice of 2 lemons 1/2 teaspoon of Cumin Salt to taste For garnish: 1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon ghee 1/4 cup pine nuts Red pepper flakes & dry mint For the tahini sauce: In a jug add tahini, salt, lemon juice & pinch of cumin in a bowl with 2 cups of hot water. Whisk well. It should be a thin but creamy consistency, similar to that of thin cream.
