Sabrina Stavenjord on Instagram: "Lemon meringue croissants ‼️🍋🥐✨ Lemon Curd 1 cup sugar 2 large eggs 1 large egg yolk 1/2 cup lemon juice Pinch salt 1 stick butter Cream Filling 3/4 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp icing sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla Lemon curd from above, chilled Meringue Topping 1 egg white 2 Tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp white vinegar/lemon juice (I didn’t have cream of tartar) 4 store-bought croissants Bake 300F for 10 mins, let cool completely before filling"
