Zaid Dough on Instagram‎: "I’m posting my no knead method that results in airy fluffy dough for Manakeesh and Pizza   It’s really pretty simple, just keep the following points in mind.  1- Work with wet hands to prevent the dough from sticking. 2- Be careful not to deflate the dough as you shape it into balls. 3- Use a pizza stone and heat your oven to the highest temperature for 30 minutes. Switch to grill mode for 10 minutes, then bake.  After shaping the dough balls, let them double in size, this should take about 45-75 min depending on the temperate. But you can also place them in the fridge for 24h, just take them out 30 min before making the manakeesh   You’ll truly enjoy the best Manakeesh you’ve ever had, and at home!
