Dough
* 1kg (8 cups) All Purpose Flour
* 2 tsp baking powder
* 500g Butter or Margarine
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
* 3 Eggs
* 1/2 cup cold milk/cold water

Meat pie Filling
Ground beef (I don’t measure)
1 carrot
1 Irish potato (both can be more if you want)
1 onion
2 Tsp Thyme
Salt to taste (and gently, few pinches perhaps)
2 tsp Chilli
2 cube of maggi and/or beef stock
1 tbsp oil (beef releases fat so no need for much oil).
1-2 tbsp flour with ½ cup of water

Quick instructions:
Mix dry ingredients, flour baking powder slater and sugar together and set aside.
