Sagarika🌻Swagatika on Instagram: "Dal Makhani😍  Step-by-step recipe: ▪️Wash and rinse 1 cup urad dal(whole black lentil) and 1/4 cup Rajma(kidney beans) ▪️Soak in 4 cups water overnight. ▪️Drain and transfer the dal and rajma to a pressure cooker. ▪️Add whole spices(2 bay leaves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 4 green cardamom, 2 black cardamom, 4 cloves) and salt. ▪️Add 4 cups of water and cover the lid. ▪️Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles.  ▪️Let the pressure release naturally. Mahima Dhoot on Instagram: "Rajasthani Moong Dal Paratha 🇮🇳   This paratha is definitely going to be your new favourite! It is so delicious & I love the addition of moong dal.   Recipe:  - start by soaking 1 cup moong dal for 4-5 hours in water. Then Drain completely  - In a bowl add 2 cups atta, the soaked moong dal.  - 1 tsp nigella seeds (kalonji), 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf), 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1 tsp hing, 1 tsp salt, pinch of haldi & mix this well - Now add 1/3 cup chopped coriander & wtee gradually (1/3 cup approx) & knead this well into a soft dough  - Cover with a wet towel & set aside for at least 30 mins  - Now brush 1-2 tbsp oil on it & knead for 5 mins.  - Divide into smaller balls, roll into parathas with some atta to dust  - Heat a tawa, & place your paratha.
