1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanut butter/almond butter 
2/3 cup oats

Instructions: 
1. Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil and peanut butter 
2. Mix in the oats 
3. Scoop the batter into cookies on a piece of parchment paper
