75g dry uncooked pasta (I used conchiglie) 1 tin canned tuna, packed in water , drained 1/4 red onion 30g sweetcorn (pre cooked) 20g grated carrot 30g chopped cucumber
50g fat free greek style yoghurt 15g light mayo 1/2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp garlic Tsp fresh dill 1/2 tsp fresh parsley Salt and pepper to taste  Pre cook the pasta for 10 minutes (al dente) Drain your tuna tins Microwave frozen sweetcorn kernels for 3.5 minutes Whilst they are cooking, chop your red onion, grate the carrot. And chop the fresh herbs. Drain your pasta and rinse with cold water to cool down. Then, add all the ingredients except the parsley into a tub and stir together.
