Divide the mixture into small bowls, cover each with plastic wrap, and poke a hole in each using a toothpick. Steam them in a steamer until cooked.  Once cooked, add butter and mix until well combined. Knead the dough until it can be pulled into threads.  Divide the dough into six pieces, roll them into thin sheets, then squeeze in strawberry jam and cream to seal the tops.
