 👩🏻‍🏫How To: 1. Roast the tomatillos on a hot comal until charred, and their juices start to come out. 2. Remove the tomatillos from the comal. 3. Add the guajillo peppers, dried chipotle peppers, and Chile de árbol to the hot comal, until toasted. Ensure they don’t burns as they can turn the salsa bitter. 4. Once toasted, pour water on the chiles to to rehydrate them. 5.
