Adequate t-spine mobility is essential for performing well and staying injury free.

Move slowly and especially rotate gently if you have never done this exercise before. The cervical spine might not be ready for wide movements if not well-warmed up, so we don’t want to strain our 7 cervical vertebrae.

Start with small-radius rotations and progressively increase the range. Perform 10 rotations in both directions for 3 sets daily.
