I had to fill in massive chunks with epoxy wood filler, which wouldn’t take the stain the same as the veneer. Staining wasn’t an option. 🌟 I am a hobby refinisher. I don’t know how to replace veneer- especially on a curved waterfall top. 🌟 I picked black paint because the decorative veneer strips on the front have black in them. Thus, the black paint ties in with the original details. So- I’m wondering: what color would be better?
