I absolutely love making bruschetta, you can be so creative with the ingredients and flavours. Tomato and basil being my favourite as they add so much freshness to it. Also, I am using cherry tomatoes but you can use regular ones if you don’t have them stocked up.

Let’s make the recipe.

Ingredients

3-4 Bread slices
7-8 cherry or 2 regular tomatoes
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp melted butter
2+1 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
2 tsp cream cheese
Fresh basil leaves

Method
1. In a bowl, add melted butter, oregano and minced garlic, apply on both sides of bread and toast
2.
