Rock's fireman costume was so simple and inexpensive to make this year! I spent $15 at Walmart on Black cargo pants, a black jacket, yellow duct tape, and silver duct tape. I also spent $5 at Burlington on a fireman tool kit full of accessories. I put yellow duct tape on an old white undershirt to mimic suspenders. This way he will still be in costume even if it is too hot for him to wear the fireman jacket. I ironed everything before I started taping.
