I was online one day, and saw this thing that was very flexible and could be secure for my faux locs. it was called a spiralock and the fabric was amazing. i went online and they were going for like 20 dollars. that was a bit much to me, i am a do it yourself type of person, i did my own faux locs (because its cheaper that way, lol.) Lizzie’s & Congo’s do the same. (Lizzie’s are a short dreaded part/loose ends that are attached to just the top row of natural locs underneath your loose hair on a partial) (Congos are a longer dread extension, usually the total length of your natural locs & gives more dreadlocks; 2 dreadlocks from one section/root, can be added to a partial or full head) I WILL add 5-6 Lizzie’s to a new partial installation. (They are extremely lightweight) I normally will NOT add Congos during an initial install. (A bit heavier weight than Lizzie’s) I sometimes won’t add ANY! Why?
