Then, I saw @houseonthecorner_16 transform the beams in her home using @frenchicpaint and I decided to see if I could perform the same magic on my bannister! 👀 What to do ➡️ 1. Paint your wooden furniture / beam/ bannister/ whatever(!) in @frenchicpaint Crème de La Crème (I did 2 coats) 2. When it’s dry, apply @frenchicpaint Browning Wax. You can layer it up to get the shade you’re happy with. Leave it to dry and ta dah… you’re done and it will feel completely smooth to the touch. I much prefer the sanded back/ oak effect and it only cost about £30 to achieve - which is a lot cheaper than a new bannister 😅.
