Recipe ⬇️
1 lbs shrimp 
1 tbsp rice vinegar 
1/2 tsp old bay 
Salt 

Sauce:
3 tbsp soy sauce 
2 tbsp oyster sauce 
2 tbsp sriracha 
1 tsp kitchen bouquet browning + seasoning sauce (can be subbed with any bouillon) 
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tbsp ketchup 
1 tsp sesame oil 
1/4 cup water (or chicken broth) 

In the wok: 
2-4 tbsp avocado oil 
1 tsp minced garlic 
1 green onion stalk 
1 white onion sliced 
1 medium carrot (julienned) 
Bean sprouts 
Chow mein noodles (8 pcs) 
Salt to taste 
Sesame seeds

250g minced beef
1 tsp corn flour/cornstarch
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
2 cups shredded cabbage
Green onions for garnish

For the sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chilli oil
2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water
