Left alone during pregnancy

It’s time to stop the false image of a strong and independent woman. While there’s nothing wrong with being strong or independent — or both – too many women wrongly assume that it means they can’t ask for help. Nobody expects you to be Wonder Woman. Asking for a hand is no evidence of weakness. On the contrary, being able to recognize that you can’t cope on your own is a sign of maturity and strength.

Pregnancy is such a wonderful time in a woman’s life. Those nine months when you get to experience your baby growing inside you can be so magical. It’s a time to celebrate life and rejoice as you anticipate welcoming your baby into this world. However, for some women, the realities of going through pregnancy alone can be very depressing.
