Coming March 2025... Holistify Pilates! Yes, currently getting my @issaonline Certified Pilates Instructor course! I've always enjoyed Pilates and not only will it make a great addition to my strength training regimen, but also allows me to better support my clients in the areas of - mobility - prenatal & postpartum health - pelvic floor & deep core And while many women are not a fan of strength training, Pilates will be a great way to incorporate a low impact, but very beneficial, way ...
