It’s so easy and stores/reheats well. Makes 6 servings. 30 grams of protein per serving and it’s loaded with veggies- no one will even know so don’t worry. My husband calls this “halftime chili” so you know it’s perfect for watching any game and warming up! I’ll definitely be making it for the Super Bowl in a few weeks. Let me know if you try it! 

INGREDIENTS:

* 2lbs Ground Beef 93/7
* 1 TBSP Oil (I used avocado oil)
* 1 Green Bell Pepper diced (100g)
* Medium White Onion diced (235g)
* 2 medium Zucchinis diced (387g) 
* 15 oz can Black beans (rinsed and drained)
* 15 oz can Kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
* 29 oz can Tomato sauce 
* 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (Rotel) 
* 3 TBSP Chili Powder
