Want to keep your neck and jawline firm and youthful as you age? One of my favorite exercises to do just that is super simple! Here’s how:

👅 Turkey Neck Toner:
- Wrap your lips around your teeth (like you’re smiling with your lips closed).
- Touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth repeatedly.
- While doing this, tilt your head back and forward in slow, controlled movements.

⏳ Do this for just a few minutes a day, and here’s what happens:
- It tones your jawline by engaging the platysma muscle, which runs from your chin to your collarbone.
- It firms your neck muscles, helping reduce sagging or “tech neck.”

Using your knuckles to massage from the base of your neck upwards towards your job line. You can use your favourite serum facial oil or moisturiser (I’m Using my viral Tighten & Lift neck cream from GoPure) and apply gentle pressure as you move in an upward motion and this helps to stimulate circulation and firm the area. Due for a couple minutes as a warm up. 
2.Next tilt your head back and look towards the ceiling pucker your lips as if you’re trying to kiss the ceiling and hold the kiss for a few seconds, then relax. Repeat this movement several times 30 to 60 seconds or more if you like to engage your muscles in your neck and jawline.
