The lymphatic system clears the waste.

The glymphatic system removes brain toxins or waste. Each cell of our body makes it. Drainage precedes supply. Waste out, nutrients in but first waste out.

Both flow toward the supraclavicular lymph nodes near the clavicle. 

Unlike the body’s lymphatic flow, which moves from the 
feet upward, your head drains from the top down. 

This flow relies on pressure - lowest above your lungs near the subclavian veins.

To support drainage, follow this order: 

1️⃣ start at the clavicle

2️⃣ move to the sides of the neck

3️⃣ under the jaw (don’t skip this - it’s packed with lymph nodes!)

4️⃣ then to the ears

Light pressure works wonders for lymphatic flow.

When practicing proper lymph drainage you will ALWAYS start here. Think of it like your bathtub, you can’t drain the tub without clearing the pipe first (your neck and terminus being the main pipe).   Basic neck routine:  ⭐️Top of the neck- starting at the lateral side of your neck, hand right under your ear. ‘Pump’ here 5 times. Your push is back and down.
