I can’t believe i actually said that 🤭 I use @jeckysbest puff pastry which happens to be dairy free. It’s 10X15 inch in size but you can use whichever puff pastry you like. Ingredients: •1 thawed puff pastry sheet •6 Bosc pears •1/4 cup sugar •1 tsp. cinnamon Directions: 1. Peel and cut pears in half, removing stem and seeds. 2. Mix sugar and cinnamon. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, sprinkle cinnamon sugar. 4. Arrange six pear halves in a row, alternate with another row. 5. Place puff pastry over pears, press dough around them. 6. Bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. 7. Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into 6 strips 1 large pear, thinly sliced 120 g brie cheese, sliced 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp brown sugar 2 tbsp honey 1 sprig fresh thyme Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional) Instructions: Caramelize the Pears: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add the pear slices with brown sugar. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pears are soft and caramelized. Remove from heat and let cool. Prepare the Pastry Roses: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
